I am passionate about my work and take great pride in the therapeutic relationships I have built overtime with my clients, which is why I believe in tailoring counseling to each individuals unique needs. Therapy is most effective when a trusting relationship exists between a counsellor & the client. I believe that my job isn't to tell you what to do or how you live your life but to provide a safe, trusting environment where you express yourself & have an experience of being listened to without judgement & together we come up with effective solutions.

What is EMDR
EMDR is an evidence-based trauma treatment modality. 30 years of quality research has proven that EMDR which emphasizes on interhemispheric and cross-modality processing is one of the most empirically valid and successful treatments for people who suffer from PTSD, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, PHOBIAS, PANIC ATTACK, TRAUMA, GRIEF & OTHER INTENSE EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS. It changes your brain by improving its functioning and substantially reducing its stress response by helping you lose the emotional distress and pain associated with traumatic events.
